I have lived in Maine all my life and have always enjoyed venturing throughout it to find outdoor sanctuaries to appreciate and document through portrait photography. During my shoots, I either work alone or alongside my husband, Gideon. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks or swimming, thrifting, reading, cooking, cleaning and organizing (believe it or not), and watching a good movie with my love. I love photography because it allows me to show others how I see the world. Beautiful, cinematic moments don't need to be curated; they're already surrounding us waiting to be noticed. Every moment is a scene in a story - the way your laughter echoes, the softness of a glance between lovers, or the weight of a pause. To me, photography isn't just about how things look, but how they feel too. And when I get to capture a moment for how it feels, revisiting the photo is like reliving the magic of the moment over & over again.
